Terms of Service

By using MailRewrite you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

We provide AI writing tools for generating, correcting, rewriting and summarising text. Output is produced by an automated system and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing anything you send.

Free and paid tiers

• Free use has daily generation limits, and the Long output length is reserved for Premium.
• Premium raises those limits and unlocks additional options.
• We may adjust limits over time to keep the free tier sustainable. Material reductions to a paid plan will be notified in advance.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, scripts or scrapers against the service.
• Circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, usage limits or authentication.
• Resell or redistribute access to the service.
• Generate content that is unlawful, harassing, deceptive or infringing.
• Submit personal data about others that you have no right to share.

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, without refund.

Your content

You keep all rights to the text you submit and, as between you and us, to the output you generate. We claim no ownership over either. We do not use your content to train models.

Payment and cancellation

Premium is billed in advance through Stripe on the interval you select and renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account page and will retain access until the end of the period already paid for. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, upstream provider outages and rate limits may affect access.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
